What is the difference between subscription tiers?

Most BlueOcean customers select a Tier 1 or Tier 2 subscription plan. A Tier 1 contract includes two Data Deep Dives and a Tier 2 contract includes four Data Deep Dives per subscription year. 

Both tiers offer always-on access to the Brand Navigator platform, up to 6 competitors in your set, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.  You can also work with your BlueOcean Account Team to customize the perfect plan for your team. We have a variety of a la carte options available to supplement your existing plan. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more details. 

What is a Data Deep Dive?

We find that our BlueOcean customers eagerly await their next Deep Dive!  In the weeks leading up to your readout session, your Customer Success Manager will reach out to learn more about your current initiatives, primary competitors, and new goals. The information you share is invaluable in helping your Brand Strategist better understand your specific goals and strategy. Your Brand Strategist will carefully study your cohort and analyze recent changes and score shifts. Then, they’ll pull together a comprehensive report featuring actionable recommendations for your team.  You will have a one-hour readout session with your Strategist, to discuss the tactical, strategic, and evolutionary recommendations based on the analyzed data and macro industry trends. After the session, you will receive a recording of the meeting and a PDF of the report for further review.
